I re-ordered this cat tree to replace the same one I bought 10 years ago. My cats and I love it! It’s very durable. compared to other brands I’ve had.

Could not put together completely! Several holes either did not exist or in the wrong spot's. We Put it together as far as we could get and then took it apart 3 different times. Just to confirm we were not wrong. The third time we put it together I started to drill the holes in correct spot's but it got ridiculous so I gave up. So disappointed! 5 ticked off cats and money down the drain or at least half of it. Its a very nice tree to bad it was made by people who did not know what they were doing!

The tree was relatively easy to assemble. One caveat: The first step shows the base of the tree as having the 4 drill holes in the 4 corners, but one of them is not. You do not need to drill a hole in the corner; the tree assembles correctly if you line up the pieces in order. Everything else was correct. My cats, however, love the tree 100%. My cat who likes high places immediately claimed the top two tiers. My other cat likes the box with two openings; my former tree only had 1 exit & she never used it.

This was the best purchase ever. Our cat was on the tree before we even got it all together. She went right to the top and settled in there. Too funny since she is one of those cats that really likes heights and the higher the better. Wish I had gotten this sooner, she absolutely loves it!

Nice tower once complete. However, two tiers had the holes in the wrong place. Whoever was responsible for drilling the holes had the templates in the wrong place which threw everything off. Had to redrill most holes in order for the tower to be constructed. This was quite annoying. I would not recommend solely based on the fact the holes for assembly provided were useless. I assure you this was not user error. They might as well of provided blank boards without holes in the set I received.

This cat tree is awesome! This purchase was the second one of this model that I have gotten. The previous one lasted 8 years. It was only given up because I moved across the country and had to re-home it. I highly recommend this!!!
