Do not Use
Please refrain from using any spherical tank for your fish, these tanks cause constant stress on your gilled friends by tricking them into constantly swimming for survival at the risk of a predator around the bend.

beautiful tank
I bought two of these Baby biOrb tanks. They look beautiful, and do have a powerful filter. Easy to keep clean. One major issue we've had though is the light on the hood on one of the tanks slowly took on water from the splash of the filter. The light lasted just three months. Petco would not replace and referred us to BiOrb. The BiOrb company referred us to Petco. No replacement lights for sale online at either of their sites. Beware. We are still searching for a way to light up the tank...

LOVE IT!
I just got my tank in yesterday and i'm in love with it! I have 2 fancy goldfish and there is plenty of room for them and the tank is a focal point of the room now. It's definitly an attention grabber. And the plus side is it's very quite, easy to put together, and as long as my animals look happy i'm happy, I will totally upgrade to the bigger sizes.

Third Aquarium
My betta loves this tank a lot more than his previous one gallon home. I havent found any heaters sufficiently small enough to fit a one gallon tank, so i would recommend an upgrade to a product of this size for a tropical fish such as a betta. Unless your house is always around 78 degrees F, you will need a heater. I am giving this product less than five stars due to lack of decor space and skewed view of inner bowl. These are both minor details and something you should know when purchasing a bowl. The filter changes are very easy! You will need a siphon for water changes unless you have a half hour to spare moving water cup by cup. Lastly, don't get a pet if you cant afford the accessories/care items you will need for your pet; this includes bettas. :)

I love my Baby Biorb
I recieved my baby biorb for christmas and I set it up recently. At first I wasn't able to buy any fish because I needed a heater. Even though the heater for the 8gal+ biorbs say they aren't for baby biorbs I bought one anyway. So far I have a few happy fishes and the tank works great!!

Not what I execpted...
I bought the Baby biOrb Black Aquarium Kit and it was not what I excepted. I can't purchase any fish, until I buy the heater. So I go online and find out that the Baby biOrb Aquarium Kit doesn't work with the Tropical Heater Kit for my biOrb. It only works with aquariums 8 gallons and up. So today, I'm going return my Baby biOrb Aquarium Kit which was 71.99 dollars and this part doesn't even make sense because in stores the Baby biOrb Aquarium Kit cost 71.99 dollars, but online the 8 gallon biOrb costs 76.49. So DON'T purchase this aquarium because you'll REGRET it.

Beautiful tank
I just set this up today, so I don't have a ton of experience with things going wrong and all of that. So far it was very simple to set up and looks great. My only issue with it is that the bubbles are so strong that the whole top of the bowl is covered with condensation. Also, the air pump is a little loud in a silent room vibrating all the time. My air pumps in the past have been quieter- not a huge deal. My issue with aquariums in the past is that water splashes out due to the filter and bubbles creating mildewey residue all over my furniture, walls, and aquarium. I'm hoping this won't do that- there is a small hole at the top :(
