Description
Pond Sludge Remover contains cultures of biological organisms which actively consume organic sludge and so takes the hard work out of keeping your pond clean and healthy. Each 9g sachet contains 8500 million bacteria to consume the pond sludge. Ponds produce large amounts of organic sludge such as dead vegetation, algae and excess food. This sludge blocks pumps and filters, and chokes ponds. The only means of control previously has been time-consuming and messy manual cleaning. USE WHEN: Pond water is cloudy or has heavy silt and waste deposits. Use this product after treating the pond for algae issues to help consume dead algae.

Calculate the pond volume. Shake the bottle thoroughly. Remove the dosage chamber cap and foil seal, then squeeze the bottle until the chamber is filled to the required level. Add 1 x 25ml measure for every 900 litres of pond water. We recommend adding Pond Sludge Remover to a bucket of water and distribute it evenly over the pond's surface. Repeat the dosage every 5 days for four doses, then switch to once a month until water temperatures fall below 10C. Harmless for filters, pond fish, plants, and aquatic life. Store in a cool, dark place. Product colour changes are natural and do not affect its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.
