I have been purchasing these treats for years. My dogs have always loved them and I felt comfortable with them being made in the USA. Up until the last few purchases, I would have rated 5 stars. Quality has gone way down hill. The treats are now so soft that they crumble into tiny pieces before the bag is even opened. Will be returning and searching for a new brand.

Dogs really liked em but there seal breaks on every bag, causing them to age faster and turn hard. So we switched to. Full moon jerky tenders. Dogs love them and the snap seal works amazing.

I've bought nudges for a long time and have never had a problem, until now. You recently came out with new packaging, which is fine but, it looks like you also modified the product to have less...thinner and weaker. Before, when I gave them to my dogs, they were thick enough. Now, I have to be careful they don't fall apart right out of the bag. And, forget the grilled steak... they disintegrate into crumbles as soon as they're touched. And you're just now dropping the price back to almost pre-covid days.

I have been purchasing these for a long time without issues,.and minimal breakage. I received a 1 pound that was entirely broken (see picture).so I wrote Blue to let them know how difficult it is is to portion when the are broken pieces and keep the dogs from eating one anothers.treat. Here is the response I got "I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. Damaged product can occur if there is improper handling and/or storage of the product during the distribution process. We unfortunately have no control over the storage and handling actions of our distributors and retailers, and because there are at least a couple of touch points after the product leaves the manufacturer, it is difficult to know where this damage may have occurred. If possible, so that our QA Team can determine the specific batch the product was produced in, would you be able to provide the series of letters and numbers that follow the "20260907?” Also, would it be possible for you to provide us with a photo of the treats you described? Please know we have not had issues with any of our batches; however, we have documented this incident in our database. I apologize for this experience and for any inconvenience it may have caused" They immediately passed the blame, like every other corporation, and then asked for pictures. I will be buying another product for treats and backup food from now on. Can't even help me with one bag, what a corporate joke,and opposite of what they portray in their commercials

My 2 year old golden retriever will only eat these treats! The chicken and beef jerky cuts thats it.

I have bought these a few times for my 2 dogs. They are definitely a favor of theirs. One of my dogs starts drooling when she knows she is about to get one. Definitely worth buying.

Just found out our dogs get sick from these. Sadly, we found out the hard way. I’m not sure if Blue Buffalo changed their ingredients or not?? Our dogs are 3, and 1 year old. Swedish Vallhunds. They love these treats and haven’t had problems until about 2 months ago. They have started nibbling their paws and get diarrhea badly if they have these treats now. We tried everything to figure this out, by the way. Eliminating these treats made all symptoms go away. They have both been tested for parasites and other illnesses from their vet. The 3 times we eliminated these from their diet, they got better, we waited a week and gave them each a half nudge. They got sick that night each time. So weird! There must have been an ingredient change!!
