Upgraded to WIFI Version

After three winters with my Palace Central Heater, I upgraded to the new WIFI version. The old one still worked, I just wanted the freedom to adjust the temperature with my phone. These are great heaters, you just have to maintain them. I use straw bedding for my lab and noticed that after about a month the bedding causes dust to accumulate on the heater intake screen. I just blow it off, i think if I didn't clean it periodically it might make it quit working.

Yes, I recommend this product.

If power goes out it doesn’t restart when power comes back on. The fan runs whenever the unit is turned on - makes so much noise my dogs won’t come within 20 feet of it Remote is strictly “line of sight “. I have to get on my knees reach into the doghouse and point the remote directly at the heater When setting the temperature you must be able to see the heater - when lowering the temperature when you reach the bottom temperature it automatically starts back at the top The temperature must be reset whenever power comes back on - it defaults to 65

No, I do not recommend this product.
