Description
Fludrocortisone is a hormone that helps to regulate the concentration of sodium and potassium in the body. It is used for the treatment of Addison's disease (hypoadrenocorticism) in dogs and cats. Fludrocortisone may also be used to lower the potassium level in animals with hyperkalemia (high blood levels of potassium).

Cheapest I've found this life-saving medication
I am so glad that Petco sells this prescription at such a great deal. It's a third of the cost of what I pay at a pharmacy. My dog is 4 years old and needs this bottle of medication every month for the rest of his life due to Addison's Disease. Petco is a literal lifesaver here. Thanks!
