Cats can get stuck inside
I have several cats and have purchased several of these litter boxes which I have always loved. The last three that I purchased we're warped on the lid around the door entrance. With a little pressure the cats could get in so I wasn't completely worried about it until I realized they also get stuck on the inside and panic as it will not open outwards with the warping. It was consistently the last three. I try to order just the tops through the provider I purchased them from. They wanted me to do returns which is not an option as I would need to buy more so that the cats would have a box to use. So now I have to use them without the door. If you see any warping around the door send them back immediately before using. I will not be purchasing these in you more

Great tall covered box
I have an adopted senior male cat who doesn’t squat when he pees! This box is perfect for him (and me)so urine is contained! It’s very large and contains odors very well. This is my 3rd box due to the fact that I am a senior also and have fallen on the box after losing my balance! I wouldn’t purchase any other!

After 3 tries, finally found a litter box that actually does not leak for my high pee-er!! It’s easy to clean and has plenty of room for our 2 cat household.

Love it!
A long time ago I bought three different brands to compare and see the difference between them; and somehow I liked this brand more because it is very specious and sturdy for my cats. Easy to clean. Since then I buy this cat litter box for me and my daughter not to replace the old ones but when we need an extra. Never had to replace any of them yet.

Will the top sit tightly enough on the bottom to keep litter and urine spray in without using the slide latches? I don't need to carry the whole thing. I need to be able to lift the hood off easily. Usually slide catches are a struggle to work.
Can you take the door off? Mine aren’t used to a door as I have a top loading. Not sure they’d go in with the door on.

Why is this made of such cheap plastic? And there's no warranty on it. It lasted 3 months.
Will Johnny Cat Pan Jumbo heavy duty Liners work with the "sliding locks" on this litter box hood? Are they compatible? I do want the hood to be secured to the base with the liner in place!
The measurements of the Jumbo are shown, but not the X-Large. What are the dimensions of the X-Large?

Cat stands to pee, is box made so it doesn't leak on the sides of the top or where it connects to bottom. Appears to be ventilation holes on the top sides?
- My don't leak. I am leaving the door open for now until my cats (3) get use to it. I love it.

What is the best kind of litter to use with this litter box? We currently have the Breeze litter box system which includes pellet litter. Will we have to change the kind of litter we use?
- I would say yes you will need to change litter. This is a great litter box but it doesn’t have a slide out tray in the bottom for the pads like in the breeze system. Otherwise, you can use regular clay litter or any scoopable litter that doesn’t require a tray.
