We love the features of the door and it does seal
New home builder installed. Installer built frame around entry then installed or tried to install tunnel. With that said tunnel now comes up short outside frame to inside frame. Will see what builder comes up with.

Doesn't fit.
We attempted to install this yesterday with the Large Power Pet wifi door and it doesn't fit. The interior components fit but the outside frame does not. We tried every combination possible, but the dimensions are wrong. I'd recommend building your own frame, as we had to cut down and file the metal pieces, which was much harder than building a frame of the correct size.
No, I do not recommend this product.
