Doesn't scrape well at all
Handle is nice and sturdy but blade edge is jagged and it's HORRIBLE at cleaning the black acrylic wall of my all in one tank.

Took care of extreme algae
I had a major algae problem. I could barely see through the glass. The small, more expensive magnetic cleaner was hardly making a dent in the problem. This easily removed wide areas of algae with a single swipe. My Betta did hide in the corner during the process., but he also hid when I tried to scrub the algae off with the small scrubby sponge. He was back to his old self a few minutes after I finished.

Imagitarium Acrylic Aquarium Scraper
I brought this scraper to clean the algae from my reef aquarium. To my surprise it is very effective. I usually buy scrapers with a metal blade. However this scraper has done a great job thus far no complaints here. You can buy it with confidence it will do the job.

Good for glass aquariums
I like that it is plastics to it is softer on the aquarium. Handle is a bit short for a scraper.
