Rinse plants in warm water before using. For drift free placement, simply press base into aquarium gravel. To clean: remove plant from aquarium, allow to dry. Remove any algae or deposits with a soft bristle brush.

Hairgrass
I really do like it it brings color to the fish tank. The only problem I found was it's a little hard to keep down you have to weigh it down

Pipes are sharp on the inside.
The hideaway pipes are kind of small, but I only have small fish so it worked out ok. The reason for the three-star rating is the inside edges were really sharp. There were also some points on the inside that were sharp, too. I took a nail file and filed them down, but I don't want to have to do that. I want my decorations that are made for fish to be safe for fish right off the shelf. Despite my irritation at this, my fish swim through the pipes all the time, so they're happy.
