All Aquatic Life are guaranteed to stay alive for 7 days from the day they arrive at your home or we will gladly refund your money. Returns or refunds cannot be offered on Live Fish, Invertebrates & Plants that you decide you do not want. Please ensure the items you order are what you want before finalizing the order. ACCLIMATION: Remove the crickets from the shipping box as soon as you get them. Egg crates or partitions from the shipping boxes can be reused in your own cricket container. It is recommended for crickets 1/2" and larger to be kept in an 18-20-gallon container that is at least 15" tall. Crickets require a lot of ventilation, so lids are not recommended on aquariums and bins. No bedding is needed. Discard potato from shipping box. HOUSING: The ideal temperature range is between 70-75 degrees F. Keep the container dry and provide plenty of ventilation. Crickets shipped during cold weather might become dormant, but a few hours at room temperature usually perks them right up. Release them into the container and allow 3-4 hours at room temperature to warm up. FEEDING: Always provide fresh cricket diet and a hydration source, replacing with fresh supply every two days. Avoid fruits, vegetables, or a bowl of water, which can cause bacteria growth, increased mortality, and an unpleasant smell.

Orders submitted before 3pm CST Tuesday-Thursday will ship same day for next day delivery. Orders submitted after 3pm CST on Thursdays through Monday will ship Tuesday for arrival Wednesday.
