I rarely leave reviews especially this long after purchasing the product. But this thing is still going strong 2 years after we got it, I love the fact that it takes some of the pressure off the dogs neck that just having a collar would add. Well made, with a bunch of extra features (name tag, side hooks) that we really don't bother using but might work for you. It does have a tendency to pick up a lot of hairs but Woody is a shedder and it's not a big deal.
May not work for your dog, for Woody (Corgi/Cattle Dog mix) it was perfect. We added a clip on light which fits perfectly around the handle for added visibility when walking.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Worst customer experience EVER!
Boy, what went right is a better question. The harness clearly has a design flaw where the (huge) buckle hits the poor dog on the elbow as they are walking. My 14 year old dog could barely walk in it. When I tried to get a refund, I kept getting pointed to their refund link which doesn't give a refund if labels are not still on the harness. I've only had these harnesses less than a week! They say they'll give an in-store credit, but if the product doesn't fit - why would I want an in-store credit???
AND... there is no customer support phone number. Totally ridiculous - the whole thing. I'm out $100 for harnesses I can't use.
