What impressed me most is how quiet it is. Even at night, it doesnt disturb anyone. Cleaning has also been way more manageable compared to our old setup.

The fountain is quiet and can hold a lot of water. My kitten likes it a lot. The only thing is I want an easier way to figure out how much water I have left. Maybe I just haven't found that option on the app yet.

No written instructions on how to assemble. QR code takes you to YouTube which is useless. Could not get Bluetooth to sync. Sending back

The cats and I both prefer this particular version of the EverSweet family of water fountains. The old square models meant that the cats were kind of limited to one of the four sides to drink. The round model means they can approach from any angle (and do). It also means we're less constrained in how we reassemble the unit. There's no front or back to try to match up. Assembly was easy even the first time. I use the smart function because some of my cats like to drink from moving water and others like still. This way no one has to wait too long to get their preferred water style. The pump not having a cord to deal with makes it easier to clean it as often as you're supposed to and takes away one of my excuses to avoid cleaning the pump frequently. My sole complaint (and it's really minor) is that the max fill line is a relatively small mark on the inside of the stainless bowl, which means you kind of have to rotate the reservoir before filling it so you can see the mark. I'd have preferred a line all the way around or some sort of indicator mark on the outside so I could orient the bowl to see the max fill line more readily. Fortunately a little dab of paint on the outside fixed that.

Cannot connect to my IPad so I dont know how I can reset the fountain since there is no reset button on the base as my previous fountain had. Can you help?

I put it up immediately and was sad about the plastic dish she has to drink from, she is used to stainless steel fountain. She looks at it, but hasn't sipped one sip yet. It is pretty and very quiet.

FINALLY a water fountain for my cats that doesnt get slimy! While one of my three cats prefer drinking from a moving water stream that ‚falls‚ downward from a little height, the other two cats drink out of this one that bubbles upwards. This is the only fountain I have ever tried that is easy to clean and doesnt end up slimy, which I attribute to the hidden U/V mechanism. I ordered two of these after seeing how well the first worked
