This collar is fantastic—there’s no bulky hardware, and it provides real-time tracking for my dog. Setting up the boundary was super simple, just a few taps on the app to map everything out. As the owner of a dog who loves to test limits, I really value having that extra layer of security with live GPS tracking. Luckily, the wireless fence has been doing its job perfectly, so we haven’t needed the backup much. Plus, the battery easily lasts throughout the day.

Can’t trust. One minute the collar works next it doesn’t. Boundaries aren’t reliable. Also I was charged twice for the yearly subscription. Husband and I spent 45 mins on phone trying to set up.

It’s a horrible product, don’t waste your money like I did. It doesn’t REFRESH, I’m literally watching my dog walk down the street while this app tells me he’s inside. I bought 2 collard, paid for the subscriptions for a year, and I’m about to throw them away. Even with good reception they don’t refresh. The apps get hung up on “lost pet mode” too, then you have to delete the dog and start over because it’s stuck. It’s trash. Don’t waste your money like I did.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! I have had it for two weeks and it has failed three times already. I was standing beside my dog, no where close to the "fence" and it started shocking her. She was yelping and didn't understand why it was happening since she was where she was supposed to be. Before this happened she walked past the boundaries twice, one time it didn't even give her a warning, and both times it didn't alert my phone. I paid for the subscription to get alerts and be notified. This product does not work! If anything, it is traumatizing to your pet!!!

It is not consistent. I can not train my dog on a fence that I myself can’t even understand. Collar alerts and then doesn’t understand that your even further away the next time

Well I only gave a 4 star, due to its lack of ability to recall if needed. It's still a little chunky around a Dachshunds neck, but my Thor at 8 months old didn't seem to mind it. The fencing was easy to manage, kept him exactly where he was allowed to be which gives him the freedom to run. I love it

The 2.0 is worth the money. It is very accurate, the battery on the collar lasts a couple days, it isnt bulky , and my dog (who identifies as an idiot) also minds the boundaries much better than expected.

We have had this for several months. The only complaint is the actual collar. It loosens often. But it keeps our Pyrenees on our 5 acres just fine!
