Noisy, do not buy
This pumpless water fountain is extremely noisy. The design relies on centrifugal force with water adhering to a conical propeller, but the execution is poor. I have made several modifications attempting to dampen the mechanical vibration, but I have not been successful. Despite my efforts to fix the acoustic resonance, it remains disruptive. I will be throwing this away. Do not buy this fountain; it is a fundamental design flaw.

High Maintenance Water Fountain
I absolutely hate this water fountain. My cat is 14 and I've only had water fountains for her. This water fountain requires so much maintenance and upkeep. It gets dirty - FAST. I have to fill it often (was a bit surprised by this). The filters I feel like do not last long at all.
Between washing, filling, "fixing" the filer (have to rinse it out a lot between changing it because it gets clogged) - this is the biggest pain in the but water fountain. I've had it for about 3 months and do not recommend this.

Good idea. Terrible product.
I had this for about 2-3 weeks and all of a sudden the light started blinking red and it stopped pumping. I did everything to try to fix it. Switched the filter, emptied it and dried it completely before refilling, and unplugged and plugged it back in multiple times. The motor is just fried. It’s like if the motor ever stops it can’t start back up again. Plus when it worked it seemed I had to refill it every 2 hours because it kept saying the water was too low. I give it one star because I can’t give it a zero. But when it worked at least it was quiet.

To help prevent this, we recommend always filling the fountain from the front and never from the tower, and ensuring the front portion is only filled to just below the top of the white base portion of the bowl. <br /><br />This fountain does carry a 1 year warranty; we'll be happy to help. Never could get it to work correctly. The red light kept blinking, shutting it down. We would do everything it said to do, and again, the red light would start blinking, and shut it down again. Returning it.

Disappointed
The light started flashing red and it stopped working after only 3 weeks. I called the company and got a new motor, but that didn't last either.

My cats love it! They cannot get enough of drinking from this fountain as opposed from their old stagnant water bowls.

Perfect
Best fountain I’ve ever purchased. Didn’t get slimy and my cat drinks from this one . The filters are more affordable than petlibru and the light adds a nice touch to the fountain at night. Has good water flow too. Automatically slows down at night.
