Hard to clean, stopped working at 6 months
I’ve had this fountain for about six months. Our two cats both like it and use it, it’s quiet enough and the reservoir is nice and large so there seems to be plenty of water for them without needing to refill constantly. I’ve been a little confused by the lights (sometimes the blue light stays on, other times there is no light at all) but I havent bothered to figure out if there is a setting that I inadvertently turned on/off.
My major issue was that it’s really hard to clean by hand - I don’t have a dishwasher and I can’t find a wire brush small enough to fit in the nooks and crannies of the cone or the reservoir where the filter sits.
Until this week when the Light started flashing red, the pump stopped operating and it won’t turn back on. I cleaned the reservoir and unplugged if, tried to reset it, still nothing. Even worse, now the cats are used to the moving water so I need to find a quick replacement fountain to get them to drink anything.

We get black and pink film in places that are nearly impossible to clean. Very disappointing.

I have had mine for about a month; it ran good at first. Now it runs for a few seconds, turns red, then blinks red and quits.

Not great features!
It craps out fast. The red light stops the motor on any excuse. Slightly damp red light. I would rather have just bought a regular bowl.

Incessant Blinking Red Light Malfunction
The pump is great when it works, but it stops working every two weeks and it blinks a red light until you change the filter. This feature is faulty and will not reset on mine. I have only had it for a few months. Don’t waste your time

We are so sorry for any misunderstanding about your fountain!<br /><br />Please know that a blinking red light would not relate in any way to the filter. <br /><br />The filter reminder light is a flashing blue light that will occur every 21 days and can be reset by following the instructions on page 7 of the manual. <br /><br />A blinking red light, however, would indicate that water has gotten inside parts of the fountain that should not be exposed to water. So that we can troubleshoot with you and see if this can be resolved or if your fountain will need to be replaced, please be with your fountain and have a clear picture or screenshot of your order record or receipt and reach out to our live support team. Not worth the money
Not worth the money! Bought less than 2 months ago and it stopped working after 2 months. The motor rubs until the bowl is placed on it the it stops again. Light is ALWAYS red even when full. I have tried all the troubleshooting I can except spend more money to replace the motor!
