Super convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with this petsafe litter box! It’s super convenient and keeep things clean with minimal effort. Great for busy days and it helps control odor well too. Highly recommended

It Literally Stinks! 👎
I absolutely hate this product. As soon as I walk in the door I can smell a sour odor. Also, the rake doesn’t retract all the way back, leaving such a small space (12”) my cat can’t even turn around. I’m using baking soda and air fresheners, but it doesn’t mask the awful smell. I change the tray weekly. I’m going back to the old scoop the poop Breeze litter system. I never had odor issues with it.

Lasts a week max
I bought this at the beginning of December and I regret spending so much money on this litter box. After just one week the litter starts to stink and the majority of the clean litter gets pushed under the poo trap lid. I have to go in and stir the litter around at least once a week. The only thing I like is that it does get the poop under the trap mostly which helps with the poo smell but not the urine smell. I have a 13 year old cat and she because it is so shallow the litter goes everywhere. I do not think I would ever buy from this brand again. The only reason we are still using it is because we spent so much money on it. Not worth the money.

Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this and it does a good job of cleaning pet waste. Much more sanitary than scooping and limits the mess and frequency of having to empty the litter.

Don’t buy!
This thing is complete trash. I had the older version which was great and lasted for years. The new one is terrible. My 9lb cat barely fits in it. You can ONLY use their expensive, wasteful, cardboard litter trays. Don’t buy!

Please know the area your cat has to use the bathroom is the same in this box as your original, as this box takes the exact same trays. Crystal Plus is NOT the Call
I had one of the old ones and it was amazing. This new crystal plus model is trash. Jams all the time. Hardly get a week of use out of tray when I used to get 10 days.
