Bought this on a whim a few months back at my local pet supplies plus and it is the ONLY toy that my orange will play with consistently. He has lost both of the in the house somewhere, I cant find them... he is very distraught and wanders around screaming for them now... I need to buy more...

DANGEROUS!!!!
I bought this toy for my 1yr old cat. He must’ve been able to chew the head off and it got stuck in his intestines. Ended up in the ER and ultimately had to get surgery. This toy cost me $12,000 in life saving vet treatments. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Swallowing Hazard
The only reason I am not giving this a 1 star is because it is one of my two cats favorite toy. He loves to play with it but my other one on the other hand ended up swallowing one hole. This toy is only suitable if you are watching your cat play with it. If they start to overly chew on it take it away immediately. In the photo you can see how the toy lost its color before my cat puked it up (Sorry I know it’s gross but it’s to make a point).

Best toy for hunter cats.
I've bought my second set of these. Yes my cat has easily torn the first set apart. This set he's actually tried not to pull them apart. He goes absolutely bananas for this toy though. I always watch him when he plays with it just to make sure he isn't trying to eat it, but he seems to understand it's a toy and not food. He will actually play fetch with me and my daughter with it. He will come drop it by our feet and wait for us to toss it for him. He literally plays so hard I have to take it away simply cause he exhausts himself to panting. He was a little feral when we found him in the middle of the woods and was used to hunting for food. No other toy has come close to providing the entertainment this one has though. He will play with it for hours.
Definitely be mindful that it can come apart in pieces but you have to know your cat too. Mine will tear off pieces but not eat it. So just watch your cat closely.

My cats are obsessed with them!
My cats absolutely love these! They look like the geckos we have. The only down side is that they drop them while playing and they are devillshly hard to find. Will they glow in black light? Fantastic!

Terrible product that should not be sold
I bought this product and within 2 minutes “supervised play” according to the box, my cat had bitten off the tail and swallowed it, requiring a vet visit - totally irresponsible and dangerous to still be selling this product after such terrible reviews. Don’t buy from this brand.

Why is toy still on the market- it needs to be recalled immediately!! My daughter just spent Christmas Day in emergency care with her beloved Nico - Thanks to steam internal medicine specialist veterinarians. They removed 3 pieces lodged in his stomach
