what is the flap size on the xlarge size
- The Extra Large PlexiDor dog door has an opening for the pet of 16 inches wide by 23 3/4" high. That should work for most dogs up to about 200 lbs. However, you have to be sure that the dog door is installed high enough off the ground that the dog will not hit there back as they go through the dog door. If you mount the dog door too low, it can be difficult and painful for a big dog to get through the opening.

Am I able to obtain a security plate for the wall mounted small cat door
- The PlexiDor size Small pet door for wall or for door install does not have a security plate. The opening is to small to allow for a human to enter and the lock and panel on the cat door are secure and should keep other animals out.
