Great coat, very happy to have it for this cold winter. Keeps her warm and dry. I can see why others had issues with it being small - my dog is 18in girth, 12in neck, 12in length and it is very snug on her. She is still able to wear it with a thin fleece under, but I can understand why some might find it small because the Large size (that we ordered) probably wouldn't fit a dog closer to 19 inch girth.

⭐️ 1-Star Review: Terrible sizing and worst Customer Service – Avoid This Seller I purchased a “medium” dog jacket from Furry King through their website, and this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The jacket I received was clearly defective in size—nowhere near a true medium. I contacted customer service multiple times, and they suddenly asked me to pay an additional $10. After explaining them it's their fault, they promised to replace it free of charge. But then they told me to charge $10 again: which was completely contradicting their earlier message. Their responses were inconsistent, unprofessional, and eventually stopped altogether. I never received a clear resolution. When I tracked the package, I learned it was actually being shipped from China, and the package was damaged during transit, so USPS had to rewrap it before delivery. On top of losing money, I’m left with a tiny, useless jacket that's worth nothing. I didn’t even receive a proper return or refund for their mistake. I've attached photos for the reference. If you’re considering buying from this seller, please be careful. Their customer service is unreliable, the sizing is inconsistent, and the product quality is extremely poor. I truly hope others don’t go through the same experience I did.

The sizing on this coat is SO off. I first bought the Small for my 5lb shih tzu puppy and it was too small, so I exchanged it for a medium, which fit for about a month. She is now 9lbs and she has out grown the Medium. I wanted to exchange it for a Large, which is insane in and of itself for a 9lb dog, but am now outside of the return window. This is a great jacket and well made, if only the sizing wasn’t so insanely off. Do not buy unless your dog is 10lbs or less.

Vest runs small around the body. We had to go up to a Large size for our 11 pound maltipoo. L fits perfectly. We love the pink color, fleece lining and nylon exterior.

I ordered an xl for my 15 pound rat jack chi and it fit perfectly.

It is a lovely coat but is being returned as it is WAY too small for a 20 lb dog.

This coat is easy to put on and looks as though it will keep my little cocker spaniel, dry and warm. And it is very cute!

Size runs smaller than chart. Returned the XL I bought for my 32 lb dog and bought the XXL. It was perfect!
