Although the item was delivered well packaged and undamaged but the package was left literally in the front of the main entrance to my building! There is an obvious reason why I chose delivery option instead of buying it from the store- not to carry heavy items!!! This is a recurring issue I’m having and it makes me reconsider using other online pet stores.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This used to be my 4 cat’s favorite flavor. When they began to refuse it, I knew something was terribly wrong, They had eaten the various pates for several years. Now they hardly touch it. My senior girl being treated for hyperthyroidism has lost more weight. Each calorie is precious. I am mixing it with squeeze up treats, tuna juice, and she is still not really eating. We have tried to transition to other wet foods, and she won’t eat those. I am taking her to the vet tomorrow before I lose her! I understand that the changes to the formula are ultimately meant to make the food safer and healthier. I just don’t know what to do to save my cat. Also, the refusals only began with the last 2 cases we’ve bought. Have we been buying old food at our local store? The formula change was made in 2024!
