Use to refill existing cartridge. 1. Remove existing cover and insert refill bags into empty cartridge. Make sure side marked "Pull Here" is face up. 2. Close cartridge with plastic cover by snapping onto center of rim. 3. Pull about one foot of plastic bag up and out from "Pull Here" tab. 4. Push bag down through center of cartridge and tie a knot at the end.
