Questions
Is this fed as a replacement got dry kibble or for canned wet food?
- I would replace this for kibble, which doesn't have the water content cats need if that's all they are eating. Best thing to feed is all canned, but I feed mainly canned with a small amount of kibble in the am/pm as a treat or feed an entire commercially prepared raw diet with no kibble. I feed Honest Kitchen dehydrated to my dogs but my cats didn't care for this or else I would have switched them to it. Cats are picky, try different things to see what works. In the wild, their prey is basically 80% water ( blood and fluids) with bone, muscle, organs skin making up the rest so keep that in mind. They need a higher content of moisture and all meat or as little grain in the food as possible. They are strictly meat eaters:)
