I was so scared I had never dealt with a hot spot before and I couldn't go to the vet so I had decided to buy this hoping it would work. And it did! I did shower my dog before spraying with the wash version of this but this spray did pretty much all the work. I did catch the hot spot early so it was only in one place and all I had to do was spray twice a day for 1 week and spray once a day for another week. And my dog's hot spot is completely white now and is resolved. I am so happy that I chose to go with this. It is definitely worth trying out if your dog has an early hot spot. I will say he never liked me spraying him but he didn't itch it too much. I just watched him for 20 minutes to minimize the itching after spraying it.

We have a Beagle. Doesn’t appear to clear up any type of infection in his ears so I use it to clean them. Does a decent job for that purpose for us.
