Description
Vetoryl is a prescription medication used in the treatment of hyperadrenocorticism, also known as Cushing's Disease, in dogs. Cushing's Disease is a condition where too much of the hormone cortisol is produced.

Cost!!
Ie been getting this product for my dog (Maxi) for years from his vet. The cost was prohibitive but he needed it for Cushing disease. Then I found Petco. Half the cost. This is a lifesaver for our family especially in these trying times. I’ve not received my first order yet ... but it’s the same medicine.

Undetermined effectiveness
We gave our dog Vetoryl 30 mg 1 capsule/day prescribed by the Vet for Cushings Disease for almost 2 months. We're undecided on whether or not it was effective in controlling the frequent drinking and urination as we didn't see any difference. We kept control of how often he drank water and took him outside every time he sat by the door letting us know he had to pee. We actually kept track of how often he pee'd and even w/ the Vetoryl he pee'd on the average 10 to 13 times a day! The medicine is also expensive. It has been discontinued.

Auto delivery is great
This medication is $20 cheaper here than at my vet. Even better, i signed up for auto delivery so i don't have to remember to make a monthly trip to the vet's office!

Great price and convenient
My vet prescribed this for my American Eskimo dog and it was less expensive from Petco. With the repeat delivery I do not have to make a trip to my vet every month.
