I received this product for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review: First, can we take a moment to appreciate the packaging? The text on the back was cracking me up!! As you can see, my youngest absolutely loved this toy, even before I attached it to the wand (comes separately). The shape of the toy (lightning bolt) and the dangles/feathers at the bottom make for a fun time! Two reasons I did not give this 5 stars: first, the toy was described as small. My youngest (shown in the pictures) is on the smaller side, about 8 lbs, but this toy is about half her size. The size didn't make her not play with it, but I wouldn't describe it as "small". Second, after a few seconds of playing, the biggest feather fell out. I understand that will happen, but thought it would last a little longer than that. Regardless, it's a fun toy, and my cats will have a blast with it!

This is such a fun cat toy! I have always loved lightning bolts and checkers so this is on trend for me and my cats now! The feathers are thick and sturdy (not cheap), and I was happily surprised to see that the toy is a lot thicker than expected, more like a tiny pillow vs thin and flat. There is catnip inside to attract my cats more and they really like the feathers. This attaches to the stick with the little chain but they also like it by itself too! This is a fun cat toy- def worth trying.

My cats love catnip toys. This is the perfect size for all of them. They love chasing it all over the house. I would love to get more products like this for my kitties. The feathers and ribbons are a huge plus.
