Hi! My girl Aspen here has been having this bumps under her fur show up.. I dont know what it is and it worries me because she has 6 week old puppies. None of them have bumps like this except 1 has 1 small bump on her head. And it looks like it scabb
Thanks for using Boop by Petco! From the pictures it looks like Aspen has hives. This is usually an allergic reaction and I would suspect some kind of bug bit her causing the reaction. You can give her Benadryl every 8 hours for the reaction. If it’s not helping, you should take her to the vet for stronger medications. She should no longer be nursing but it is safe for the babies. Also, the reaction isn’t contagious so I wouldn’t worry about them. Good luck and kisses to Aspen and her babies!

Leave the lights on so he can acclimate and see they is no danger. Don't force him to go into the room or near the lights. If and when he does, praise and reward him. Consider a pheromone product such as the Adaptil collar or DAP plug in diffuser to decrease any anxiety.

My dog seems to get nervous when there are a lot of people around. Thursday being Thanksgiving we will be having family over and I want to know what I can give her to help calm her down.

You can try a DAP pheromone collar along with a natural calming supplement like Zylkene or Composure if you wish - these are very safe and can be purchased over the counter without a prescription. If you think that she may need something stronger, I would recommend talking with your regular vet about whether she might benefit from prescription anti-anxiety medication, such as alprazolam or trazodone.

Hello, thank you for using Boop by Petco. You don’t have anything to worry about. That one instance of using the human eyedrops with Naphazoline shouldn’t be harmful long-term. If Aspen’s eye is red, but seems otherwise normal then you can try using this eye gel that you can buy at Petco.
