Unfortunately, there is no one "best" food for any dog regardless of breed. The "best" food while satisfy three criteria: 1) it is easy to buy 2) your dog will eat it 3) it does not give your dog diarrhea or has any other negative health effects.
If there was one perfect food, it wouldn't matter if Kalei wouldn't eat it. Choose a BB formula and stick with it. Monitor her weight and body condition and adjust the amount, up or down, if she losing or gaining too much weight. Read the labels choose diets with quality ingredients and named protein sources while avoiding meat meals or by products.
