Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. It sounds as though Scooby has a bit of food bloat. I would fast him for 24 hours and let him digest the donuts he ate. He may develop dietary indiscretion, pancreatitis, etc. If he begins to vomit and become lethargic, then I would take him in to be seen by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate treatments recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

I'm a nervous mom too, so I certainly understand what you are going through. The way most vet clinics do surgery is that we try to do all surgeries before 1 pm, so they have at least a few hours to recover before they are sent home. Most vets prefer to do dog spays first, so Sienna may already be done with surgery! Often, we do not call after each surgery is over, but will call after all surgeries are over for the day to verify pick up time. But every vet clinic does things differently, so I can't be sure how your vet clinic does things. I'm sure everything is going well, but if you really need to know if Sienna is done with surgery, you can always call to check on her. It certainly wouldn't be the first time an owner has called to check on their baby. Good luck! I hope that made you feel a little better. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Thanks for visiting Boop by Petco. Pizza fortunately doesn't have anything toxic to dogs, so we have no concerns there. However, it does appear that the pizza gave him a bit of stomach upset. It is good sign that he has perked up now and seems to have started recovering already. I would continue to monitor him and offer him a bland diet of boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese for the next few days, as well as 1-2 tsp of canned pumpkin (not the pie filling) in his food daily to help firm up his stools. I would also grad some probiotics from your local pharmacy or grocery store and give him that daily for the next week. My top pick here is Culturelle over the counter. This should help resolve most of his stomach upset symptoms within the next 3 days or so. If he is still having issues or doesn't seem to be improving then you should consider taking him in. Hopefully he will continue to improve and do well so he doesn't have to go in to the vet, which apparently isn't his

You would need a current prescription from a veterinarian who has physically examined Duke. You can then place your order and submit the prescription. The pharmacy will then contact the veterinarian or clinic to confirm the prescription then fill the order.

Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. Being a smaller dog, he May not necessarily be getting bored with his kibble. Smaller dogs can be quite picky and selective about what they eat. Especially if they've already been introduced to flavorful dog treats and/or people food. For itchy skin I like Natural Balance LID (Limited Ingredient Diet). The Organix wet food you fed may have been the 3.5oz stew bowl and those may be too rich for Cookie. So you could try just the 12.7 oz cans instead of go with Natural Balance LID dry and wet.
