Ruffwear is generally considered one of the best apparel companies for pets. Otherwise it is all highly variable. I recommend to look at product recommendations online. Any boot is liable to cause annoyance to a pet since they are not use to wearing them. Petsmart and Petco both tend to carry products that work well and are durable. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.

For short walks, a few minutes, she can probably go out as is. If you plan on spending more than 5-10 minutes outside or if Maggie takes a long time to do her business, then you may want to consider booties and a coat. It will take time and patience. Pants would not be recommended because it would make elimination difficult for Beaux. Shirts, jackets and sweaters are popular, especially in colder climes. Get an appropriate size. Not too tight and not loose. Dress him up and use praise, reward and distraction until he acclimates.

For days where it is very hot, you do want to avoid taking your dog for a walk at the hottest parts of the day (mid-day) especially on paved areas as your dog's feet can get burned. They do sell dog booties that you can put on your dog's feet to help protect them. There are many different companies that make these, one example is https://www.amazon.com/HiPaw-Breathable-Dual-Boots-Protector/dp/B01HS2M7FI/ref=sr_1_7?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1496836452&sr=1-7&keywords=dog+boots. If she has no skin/coat issues, just a gentle oatmeal shampoo is fine for bathing when needed. Most dogs do not need frequent bathing unless they are getting very dirty and bathing too often can dry their skin out. I wouldn't bathe more than every other week unless needed. You can follow this with a creme rinse. I like https://www.amazon.com/Virbac-Epi-Soothe-Shampoo-8-oz/dp/B002CZHYPA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496836697&sr=8-1&keywords=virbac+episoothe+shampoo and https://www.amazon.com/Epi-Soothe-Cream-Ri

Use an appropriate size sweater or jacket when necessary. Booties can be used to protect feet from ice and snow. You can buy these items online or in most pet stores. Brands available will depend on your geographical location. Paw protection creams should be applied sparingly to the paw pads and between toes as needed. Musher's Secret Paw Protection Wax is one of the better brands.
