Hello. I do not know what might be available in Canada, but I highly recommend looking at this website for the Veterinary Oral Health Council. Click on the Accepted Products link at the top, then on accepted products for cats. It will list everything that is truly tested to provide results. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. https://www.vohc.org

It's great that you want to be prepared for your new kitten! Aside from the obvious things for the kitten like food and water bowls, I'd recommend a tall scratching post and perch. Two litter boxes in different areas of the house are recommended. Canned kitten food (and canned adult cat food as Myla gets older) is preferred over dry food. Thanks for using Boop by Petco! There are several diets available in the market as you have probably noticed. I personally prefer Purina, Royal canin and Science Diet foods as they are of high quality and have research to back up their use. Any of their variations should be good for Maddi. Good luck and have a great day!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! Yes, both diets are good. As you have probably already noticed, there are so many diets in the market now. However, both of these are good and I have clients who use both that are happy with it. Good luck!

Hello, sorry to hear about Diamond. Im assuming that he may be having urinary crystals or becoming blocked. If so, it appears that that the urinary Fit 32 is adequate for lower urinary tract problems. If his urinary problems are associated with his kidneys, then this diet may not be adequate. With any lower urinary tract disease, any wet food is better over any dry food. So if you are feeding him the wet version of the Fit32 that is better. Hope this helps and best of luck.
