Thanks for using Boop by Petco! They will likely be able to refill it for you as long as they agree with that treatment plan to continue. Your best bet would be to contact them directly and check with your veterinarian. I am sure they will be more than happy to assist you and also to know that it is working well for Pablo. Have a good night!

I like Missing Link Original. If your local Petco does not carry it you can order it online or ask you local store manager to order it for you. ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/brand/the-missing-link ) Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Hello Kevin, My name is Dr. Shines and I understand your thought process. Going to the veterinarian can be stressful! Unfortunately online veterinarians are not legally allowed to provide any type of prescription. Any prescription, even prescription food, requires a legal client patient relationship. This can only be established by having a physical exam. This legal relationship will last for 12 months from the date of the exam. I recommend to call Kevin's veterinarian and ask if there is a reason they aren't approving the prescription. Maybe there's a specific reason? You might also look into a mobile veterinarian who can come to your home and save Kevin the stress of a trip. I hope this helps and please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Marshall is super cute! The most common thing in pet food that can cause allergies is actually not the grains but the protein. Chicken being the biggest allergen. I would get Marshall off chicken and try Salmon, venison, bison or beef. All his treats need to be made of the same protein and he can not have any table foods. His diet would need to be strictly monitored. You should give the diet 2-3 months before trying another or a prescription hydrolyzed diet. I would also consider a Omega 3 fish oil. I like VRS Omega Benefits. http://vrshealth.com/canine-products/omegadog/ You can also discuss apoquel or cytopoint with your Vet. I hope this helps and I wish Marshall the best!
