Unfortunately fleas only hop on the body of your pet when they want to feed, then they hop off again and stay in your pet's environment. So you need to treat all pets in the household as well as the environment (which contains the fleas, their eggs and larvae). Flea treatment: 1) Get some flea medication such as a Flea spray or a spot on from a pet shop or your veterinarian and apply monthly 2) get flea powder, put some in your vacuum cleaner bag and vacuum your house and furniture and also non-carpeted areas frequently to remove flea larvae and eggs which live off house dust., Dispose of the bag in the trash outside. If you are finding any worms on Coco's hind end, now is the time to treat! Some of the more common worms that are found include roundworms (which resemble spaghetti) and tapeworms (which resemble grains of rice). Prescription dewormers, such as Drontal Plus or Profender, tend to work best for both of these parasites in my experience. There are many other over the counter dewormers that can treat roundworms well, but few that are successful for treating tapeworms. Call your vet if you are concerned about tapeworms to better discuss deworming options.

Great question! Drontal is an excellent deworming treatment, and it's safe to use in pregnant cats. You will need to get it from your vet, however, as it's a prescription medication. I hope this helps!
