I took my dog in for a rash he had from allergies, the vet from Boop by Petco prescribed pills and they worked amazing. he stopped itching and the redness went away, I just want to get his prescription refilled. do i have to take him in again or can
Thanks for using Boop by Petco! They will likely be able to refill it for you as long as they agree with that treatment plan to continue. Your best bet would be to contact them directly and check with your veterinarian. I am sure they will be more than happy to assist you and also to know that it is working well for Pablo. Congratulations on your new dog! I like Revolution if you are looking for a topical product. It consistently works well and is well tolerated. If you like the idea of an oral product better, I like Trifexis (it’s another all in one product). Sometimes though the pets can smell the Trifexis and they won’t eat it. In that instance, I like Simparica and Interceptor. My personal preference is oral products. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.

Could you please recommend a good brand of probiotic dog treats?
I like Purina Fortiflora treats - they have the most research behind their product and it is a pretty palatable powder that you sprinkle over food. If you’re looking for a chew VetriScience makes some good products although I’m not quite as familiar with their probiotic.
