Hi there and thanks for posting on Boop by Petco! My suggestion is to have a friend or neighbor stop by a at least a couple times during the day while you are gone just to make sure Soska is doing okay and has enough food and water, is let outside to potty, and to watch Soska in case she goes into labor a few days early and should any problems arise. If a friend, family member, or neighbor can't be available, I would hire a sitter to stop by 2-3 times during the day while you are traveling. I hope this helps and thanks again for your post!

Hello. You should really consider having Sweety evaluated by your veterinarian to make sure there are no more puppies inside. If there are, your veterinarian should ultrasound them to see if they are showing any signs of fetal distress. This will determine if an emergency C-section is necessary, We can see a bitch take up to 24 hours to deliver, but with such a small litter, & one non-viable pup, I would want to make sure all is well with Sweety. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! You are likely describing anal sac fluid which is normal to be excreted. Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Goose evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They may choose to check for parasites and to start medications for diarrhea depending on the results. Good luck! Hoping for a speedy recovery!

Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco with your question about Gus. Congrats on your new puppy! It's fine to take him to the house, but not on the beach. Do not let him have contact with other dogs unless they are family dogs who are fully vaccinated. I hope this helps!

Hello and thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. I don't think it is possible to predict when she will go into labour. There are no rules for that, it does not matter how big the litter is. She well may go over 60 days this time. Good luck with her, hope she will go through the labour ok and have healthy, strong pupps.
