Thanks for using Boop by Petco! You can definitively do this and it should go well. I recommend you use a product called Feliway which can help him feel more at ease and help with the transition. You may obtain this from your local pet store or online. Best of luck!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I would recommend you move in first and get used to the new place before you get the cat. This will help bring everything inside before getting the cat as cats tend to get very stressed when there is a lot of movement or noise in their in new environments. Perhaps wait 1-2 months before you get a cat. Good luck and have a great day!

Hello and thank you for your question and using Boop by Petco! If your cat will need to be shipped in cargo on your flight, then he will be in the cargo area below the plane where they put other animals and baggage. He will be on the same flight you are.

You can get pet insurance for any breed, papers or not. I like Trupanion, but I know some places that offer car insurance also offer pet insurance (like Nationwide or Progressive). You will have to call around. They usually will not cover any existing problems however. Good luck in your search!

Thank you for trying to help this lady out. Anytime a cat is not eating or drinking this is reason for concern and an immediate visit to the vet is warranted. I recommend using Feliway pheromone spray (you can pick this up at PetCo) and spraying it on a towel that you place in the carrier. Hopefully this will entice the cat into the carrier. Good luck!
