I just acquired a small dog that it's around 10 years old. I mix dry and wet food. My question is is Beneful and Beyond good wet food to mix with his high protein dry food?

I need dry food for a healthy 20 pound, 9 year old Australian Terrier who enjoys liver products. Any suggestions on brands? His name is Sydney, of course.
I would suggest Fromm's, California Natural by Natura or the Halo line brand food https://halopets.com/products/halo-holistic-lamb-and-lamb-liver-recipe-adult-dogs You can also visit your local Natural pet food store for more suggestions since he likes a particular ingredient (i.e. Liver) hat is not found in many dog foods. While chicken necks can be a part of a balanced diet, feeding them as the entire diet is not healthy in the long run. Choose a good quality senior formula dry food. Stay away from store or discount brands. these typically contain lower quality ingredients and more fillers. An "All Life Stages" food is also an option, especially if you have more than one dog. I recommend the brand Royal Canin. It is highly digestible without fillers so pets generally have only a small amount of stool production. It is also a great brand for healthy coat and skin. I also like the brand Purina Proplan. I hope this helps.
