Hi there! I'm not sure if you're trying to get in touch with your local Petco about a dog you're adopting, perhaps? We are an online question and answer service, made up of experts all over the world - so we don't have access to any logistical information about your local Petco :) I would recommend calling the specific location you're trying to reach to set up a time to go and see the dog you're interested in.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Harry. If he is eating, drinking and acting otherwise normal, then it is fine to wait until your appointment on Wednesday to bring up your concerns. You may consider bathing him twice per week with a medicated shampoo if he has been prescribed one. If not, try a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner such as an oatmeal or fatty acid based formula. This can physically remove some allergens and help to soothe the skin relieving the itchiness. He may have an upper respiratory infection causing the vocal change or it could be related to the allergies. I hope this information helps you!

I like Missing Link Original. If your local Petco does not carry it you can order it online or ask you local store manager to order it for you. ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/brand/the-missing-link ) Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. I would recommend using corrective collars like a pinch collar or gentle leader. These can help stop the pulling behavior. You may also look into the low voltage shock collars. These collars emit a small shock that is similar to being snapped by a rubber band. You can use this to correct the behavior and these collars can all be found online or at your local pet store. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Congratulations on adding Harry to your family! Dogs can get confused about housebreaking and its likely that he's not considering the upstairs a part of 'the house'. I would recommend to block his access to the upstairs anytime you are not there to be watching him. I would also recommend crating him at night so that he remembers that he can hold it through the night. I would do this for a month and then let him loose at night time (but not upstairs). If everything goes well for a few weeks, then you could try removing the barrier upstairs and see what happens. Best of luck!
