Hello. Poor Kitty has a pretty significant upper respiratory infection. It could be caused by a bacterial or viral infection. The eyes look pretty irritated so while cleaning the eyes gently with a little warm water is fine, I would recommend having your veterinarian take a look & see if any eye or oral medications are necessary. If not improved in 1-3 months then it is time to move on and check for food allergies by switching to a novel diet (new protein and

Hello and thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. Epi-Otic is not dangerous when licked or ingested. However, if it got into Ballball eyes and if he is showing signs of discomfort (rubbing on the eye, squinting) the eye should be rinsed with clean, fresh water.

Hello and thank you for contacting Boop by Petco. Itchy ears and eyes can be caused by allergic reaction, eye infection, ear canal infection, skin mites and more. If there was no improvement to the antibiotics Peri was prescribed, you should take her back to your vets for re-assessment. She probably will be prescribed a short course of steroids to stop itching.

Yes, this blend of lysine, taurine and b/c vitamins may well be of benefit in promoting his natural immunity and unless he is sensitive to any of the ingredients (very rare) there should be no adverse effects! A probiotic such as fortiflora can also be helpful in restoring natural balance and can have benefits beyond the bowel!
