Thanks for reaching out about Fluffy. Oxbow Critical Care is basically, mulched hay, with added nutrients. The high fiber content is important for the health of the intestinal tract. It being mulched, allows less energy needed to masticate prior to ingestion. Added vitamins and other nutrients will help sick/ill animals in recovery. Good luck.

Thanks for reaching out about Sebastian. This seems to be an appropriate product for rodents and rabbits. A mild concern would be ingestions, although not toxic, not good to eat, but few beddings are. Good luck.

Thanks for reaching out about Peppermint and including photos. Continue to monitor for appetite and water consumption. Continue to talk in a soft voice and allow her to get comfortable with her new surroundings. If decreased appetite of soft stool, a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. Good luck.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Cosmo. I would definitely start by removing the expired food and contact the manufacturer or company you acquired it from as they should not be selling expired products. Then it is worthwhile to wash the cage just to be sure. Monitor Cosmo for any changes in appetite or soft stool. If these occur, he will need to see his veterinarian. I hope this information helps!
