Vitamin A is found in good concentration with foods like mangos, carrots, papaya and other orange-colored fruits and vegetables. Dark, leafy greens also have high concentrations of Vitamin A. All of these are good additions to your parrot's diet. The sugary fruits will often be the favorites, so try not to feed too much of these.
