How lucky of you to visit Germany recently! I would check to see if it's possible to ship the ones you like from Germany to Bosnia & Herzegovina. I'm not very familiar with the inventory of dog harnesses in your country, and given that many things can easily be shipped, it might be the best idea to have the cute and comfortable ones you say in Germany shipped to your home :-)

How can I safely dye my dog's fur for a St. Patrick's Day parade?

There are safe ways to dye a dog's hair such as food coloring or even natural dyes from foods such as beets that are safe, non-toxic ways to add color to Molly's hair. Some argue that changing the color of a dog's fur could cause undue stress as they are not used to seeing the color on themselves and others state that it could cause allergic reactions. Any of those arguments could hold true so whether you dye Molly's hair is up to you. I would just recommend using natural products or even use chalk (can find at pet stores) to add color to the fur. A more safe way you could take would be to find a sweater or shirt that is the color of what you would like. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Best harness for senior dog with stenosis & mobility problems?
Y-shaped harnesses seem to work best for dogs with cervical stenosis or recovering from head/neck surgery as they tend to wrap around the chest while avoiding the back of the neck while closing. However, if Jack tends to pull, do be aware that harnesses can make it easier for dogs to pull, so you may want to work on some leash training if this is the case. Other harnesses may also help avoid the neck area, you just want to make sure they fit more snuggly along the chest and sit over the shoulders or lower on the back to avoid putting pressure on the neck.

Dog itching armpits with harness on. Is it an allergy or rubbing?
This looks like a nylon harness so I would be surprised if he was allergic to the material. It is possible however that it rubs Lucky in a way that makes him uncomfortable. What's the most comfortable harness for my puppy to wear all day?
Quite honestly it all depends upon the shape of your dog. Some harnesses tend to fit longer dogs vs stouter dog vs deep chested vs narrow shaped dogs. I would recommend bring your dog to the pet store and having her try on several different varieties to see which fits most comfortably. Most importantly, ask yourself if this harness provides proper support and will not fall off when being used for walking.
