I am sorry to hear about Karma! I would recommend getting a Feliway multicat diffuser which your can order online but you can also find in some pet stores or vet clinics. It produces a pheremone that can be calming and can help decrease intercat aggression https://www.feliway.com/us/Products/FELIWAY-MultiCat-Diffusery . A calming supplement such as Zylkene or Composure may also be helpful.

I suspect Karma has roundworms. Those are common in kittens, and would cause a bloated stomach, increased appetite due to the worms taking nutrients, and a bad smell. Have her seen by a vet in the morning to get a deworming treatment.

It looks like Karma may have an infection or dermatitis back there. It could also be due to an anal gland problem or even fleas. That can happen when they aren't able to groom themselves well. If she will let you I would try to help clean her back there as best you can with either just water or a gentle pet shampoo. If that does not help or you cannot safely clean her back end, you may need to take her to a vet. They will be able to clip and clean any wounds and she may need systemic antibiotics in order for it to heal.

I'm so sorry - there isn't really anything I can recommend to help with a tumor at home. I'm surprised Karma has a tumor when she is so young - it certainly can happen but it's not very common. You may want to try seeing a vet if she hasn't been to one - an abscess or other benign growths could look similar. You could look into Care Credit (www.carecredit.com) or the link below for different ways to help with payment: https://www.avma.org/resources/pet-owners/yourvet/financial-assistance-veterinary-care-costs
