Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Unfortunately no. I would keep her nails trimmed, cutting them every 2-3 weeks. You can cover your bed with a blanket to protect your good bed cover. And you can apply nail caps. Other options is to keep her off the bed with noise deterrents. Yes, it's a good way to prevent from your cat to destroy furniture but bear in mind it's not always easy to put them on cats and it only last 2-3 months, after this time they usually fall naturally and new ones need to be placed.

My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors,and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching
Hello, actually the more variety you give her, the more chances you will have to get her to use one or more of the scratching posts. Different substrates, sizes & dimensions are necessary. I have curved, upright & horizontal ones made of carpet, jute & sisal. Keep her nails trimmed ( just take off the sharp point ) or put on glue-on nail caps & your furniture & sanity will be preserved. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

I recommend trying Soft Paws. They are nail caps that you glue onto your cat's claws, and it prevent damage to the furniture when they try to scratch. You can order them online, and you may be able to find them in a pet store. I hope this helps!

Skye has a woven basket bed and she keeps chewing the edges. I believe she is teething. How can I encourage her to stop? Or how to divert her attention or chew something appropriate?
You are correct she is probably teething. I would cover the basket with a thick towel to prevent her from getting to it, or remove the basket entirely until she’s older. I don’t want her to get sick from this. There are lots of cat toys available so get some that are safe for her to chew on. She should grow out of this in a few months.
