That's a great way to plan ahead! As a Havanese, Kiba could eat either of the diets you mentioned with no adverse consequences. However, if his puppy food is lamb based, I would be more inclined to try the small breed lamb based diet so as not to change protein sources. I always recommend starting with a small bag of the new food in the chance that Kiba either won't eat it or develops stomach upset from the new diet. Anytime you change to a new diet, please do so by gradually mixing the foods together over 5-7 days.

Hi Jack! I would recommend a pocket pet such as a guinea pig or a hamster. They are relatively low maintenance (you will have to change their cage regularly as well as feed and give water to daily), but are fine with being alone while you are at school. They are also great pets to have, I had a hamster growing up named Alvin and he was really cool. Good luck with becoming a vet in the future!

Thanks for reaching out about Miko. Different pups grow at different rates. If acting well and seems healthy, monitor. Competition for food can slow growth, try providing multiple feeding stations to reduce competition. If you believe she is ill, a veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.

My personal favorite brands are Science Diet and Royal Canin. Both make excellent foods for all breeds, sizes and ages of dogs, make their own food in their own facilities, test the foods on real pets for palatability and quality and offer money-back guarantees if your pet doesn't like it.

I am sorry to hear about the tension between your pets. I would consider giving your cat a "safe" area of the house where the rabbit doesn't have access so he feels like he can come inside without fear. I would also recommend Feliway multicat diffusers https://www.feliway.com/us/Products/FELIWAY-MultiCat-Diffuser which can relieve tension and also consider a calming supplement such as Zylkene or Composure, which can be purchased online.
