Thanks for using Boop by Petco! How likely this is to affect Chase depends on the type of fungus your dog had. To be safe, I would recommend that you get rid of those toys and get new toys for Chase. Best of luck!

I do not recommend giving bones to pets as there can be a variety of problems that can arise from this, including broken teeth, choking, or intestinal obstruction. You can read more about these risks at: https://www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/ConsumerUpdates/ucm208365.htm A safer option would be a kong toy https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/kong-classic-dog-toy stuffed with canned dog food and popped into the freezer or filled with peanut butter or another treat if you want something as a treat for prolonged chewing for your pup.

Hello. I do not know what might be available in Canada, but I highly recommend looking at this website for the Veterinary Oral Health Council. Click on the Accepted Products link at the top, then on accepted products for cats. It will list everything that is truly tested to provide results. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. https://www.vohc.org

Some dogs are chewers. It is good that he does not chew inappropriately. As long as he chews just toys, you'll likely need to keep replacing them. You can try rotating toys so that Berlin does not have an opportunity to totally destroy them. As soon as you see some wear, take it away and replace it. Use caution when giving bones as they could fracture a tooth or teeth.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your question. There are many other better options out there for chew treats / toys. I've seen several intestinal obstructions occur with rawhide chews, so the risk is there. I would recommend something such as a bully stick, kong toy filled with peanut butter, etc. as a safer option. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
