Hello and welcome to Boop by Petco. There are many safe over-the-counter worm products in the united states. You will have to check at your local store what is available, however what you are describing sounds like a round worm. This often looks like spaghetti. I suggest you look up 'round work' on the internet and if this looks like the type of worm it is, make sure you get a product that covers round worms. Most routine dewormers will for cats. The other common type of worm are tape-worms that have little segments. Milbemax is a good broad-spectrum dewormer. Best of luck with Metro.

Yes sure, but it is unlikely to be more useful than taking a picture and measuring her. Hope this answer was helpful, but please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.

If it is available, my best topical flea treatment for cats is Cheristin. It is very effective and kills fleas before they bite, which is helpful for cats with flea allergies since it is the bite they react to. Comfortis is a tablet that is also very effective, but it can cause vomiting.

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. What you are describing could be allergies. I would recommend the following products which can all be found online. If no improvement or this worsens, I would have Shelby examined by a veterinarian. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. 1. Welactin omega 3 fish oil for cats 2. Douxo PS calm shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved 3. Essential 5 spot on by dermoscent
