Absolutely not. Enrpofloxacine and doxycycline are antibiotics and are for a bacterial infection. Metoclopramide will just suppress the body;s natural way of trying to get rid of that foreign body. You must take your dog to a veterinarian NOW for an exam and xrays and appropriate treatment. This could be surgery or waiting for the foreign body leaves the body naturally, however a veterinarian must assess the situation.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! She should be fine. I recommend in the future to give medications in a little bit of food and watch to be sure the correct dog gets the medication. Pill pockets are also nice. Or feed them in separate rooms until they are done and you know the pills have been eaten. Have a good night!

It is unlikely that the pancreatitis is caused by antibiotics, but we can give you more specific informations if you tell us the name of the antibiotic. Reglan is a an anti-emetic drug which will prevent any further vomiting episode and possibly promote gastrointestinal (first tract) motility. This is a common medication to give. It would be best to keep him on low fat diet (Chappie would be a good commercial diet for this purpose) for a but longer (at least two weeks after all the signs are resolved). Hope this answer was helpful, but please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further. Please find the time to give us a feedback about the consultation as that will be used to improve our service.

If you gave the medication as your vet prescribed it she should probably be fine. In rare cases of overdose adverse reactions include changes in mentation (depression, nervousness, restlessness) and behavior. It may also cause sedation. Keep an eye out for any of these symptoms and if you notice them call your vet. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. Best of luck.

The order should be as followed: Cerenia first thing in the morning, one hour later Omeprazol and Sucralfate, then half an hour later Metronidazole (with food). If he does not throw up and his appetite is fine then there is nothing to worry about.
