It's ok to use to clean the eyes but if one eye is tearing there is probably something wrong with it, possibly an infection, and this will need to be treated with a different product which only a vet can prescribe.

I wouldn't worry too much. If she is tolerating you wiping it, just clean it as needed with with a warm wet cotton ball. If she is pawing at her eyes or rubbing her face on the ground, or seems to have any other issue going on, call your vet and get her in for an exam. This product may help, though I doubt its entirely necessary. https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/vetericyn-ophthalmic-pet-gel Thanks for asking Boop by Petco!

This product is labeled for use in cats and dogs. It should be fine to use unless Ewin has a sensitivity to any of the ingredients. You can dab a drop on the ear and monitor for redness or itching. If nothing appears after an hour or so, you can proceed to clean the ears.

Hello. Poor Kitty has a pretty significant upper respiratory infection. It could be caused by a bacterial or viral infection. The eyes look pretty irritated so while cleaning the eyes gently with a little warm water is fine, I would recommend having your veterinarian take a look & see if any eye or oral medications are necessary. You can start her on an L-lysine supplement ( an amino acid that may help to suppress the virus ) just in case this may be related to a herpes type virus very common in cats. There are many different kinds available at PetCo. But you should have Kitty seen as soon as possible as she does look quite uncomfortable. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.
