As long as you keep Oreo out of the room while the product dries on the floor, there is no need to worry about her licking it. Once it's dried, it should not hurt her. I personally have never worried about household cleaners I use, and I have three cats and one dog.

I would take a warm damp cloth and clean the fur, then brush it out. Once you have it clean, which may take some time if she is wiggly, then apply a thin film of Vaseline on the fur below her chin. This will keep the fur down and the food will not stick to the beard. When she's groomed you may want to trim the beard short so this is not so much of a problem. Thank you for submitting your question regarding Boo. If he will tolerate it, you can try bathing him with Dawn dish soap. It is usually very effective at stripping the hair. Then you could shave any remaining areas. I hope this information helps!

Usually maximum one bath every two weeks would be enough to keep her clean. Hypoallergenic (oatmeal) or specific shampoo designed for dogs should be used.
